Training schedule

The club run a number of weekly and ad hoc training sessions throughout the year.

If you are thinking about joining the club then you are most welcome to come along to a couple of the Thursday night 'Brick' sessions to try out training in any of the disciplines. Participation in each of the sessions is optional so if you just want to improve your swim or run technique then you can give either of these sessions a go. Of course triathlons are multi disipline events so for a true test why not combine a couple of discplines in one night!

We have also linked up with the Crawley Wheelers cycling club and Burgess Hill Runners and are pleased to be able to offer additional joint cycling training sessions.
