The Ardingly Pool swimming sessions run from 19:00 til 20:00 on Tuesday evenings.
There are three lanes of varying speeds and a lifeguard on duty.
The pool is located at Ardingly College, College Rd, Ardingly, Haywards Heath RH17 6SQ behind the main college buildings. Campus map here
To reach the pool go into the main entrance and continue to the car park on the right side of the college. Then walk towards the back of the college, you should see a slope down with the pool at the bottom. The path down to the pool is quite steep so a light is recommended to help you find your way during the winter.
