The Thursday Pool swimming sessions start at 20:00 and are is located at The Dolphin Leisure Centre in Haywards Heath.
There are three lanes of varying speeds and a lifeguard on duty. The limit will be 15 swimmers per session and this session is open to those who have paid their swim subs, there are no additional charges.
There will be a coach but due to the shortage of coaches this cannot be guaranteed. If there is no coach cover then a set/plan will be provided.
