Sunday Bike Rides are back!

- Distance – Cooksbridge Loop is 42km of glorious green Sussex countryside.
All Sunday rides are a social event for all abilities with a ’no drop’ policy e.g the group ride to the slowest rider. All you need to do is sign up via the booking page so we know who to expect, turn up on the day and away we go.
Do you want to lead a ride?
If you know a good route and would be happy to lead the way, please get in touch with Zoe via the whatsapp groups or email. As it is a social ride, no skills are required, just knowledge of the route and ideally the best places to stop for coffee.
All distances and styles are welcome.
Guidance for leading rides;
Everyone is welcome and the route will be advertised via e-mail and a WhatsApp Group the Wednesday before the ride so that members can decide whether they want to join or not.
- The ride can start from whatever location the ride volunteer wants to set, including the start time.
- You would need to make sure there is sufficient parking available for those that want to travel to the start point by car.
- Numbers will be restricted to 8 plus the ride volunteer.
- Members will book via the MSTC online booking system.
- Good very recent knowledge of the route is essential (avoiding unsuitable paths, significant pot holes and fords!)
- All riders must wear a helmet and have working lights.
